| Man, look at Rentarou trying to do the right things. This guy absolutely wants to help his girlfriends especially Karane. Although I don't think any particular girl has an advantage in this series in his harem, Karane did get the most focus in these latest episodes. The giving energy part looked like a DBZ reference LOL. (the preview music was also similar in tune with the original Dragon Ball) Good to know it was everyone's effort so it wasn't just Rentarou carrying the load. What a season. Obviously, his 100 girlfriends journey is still far from over but it was a fun season imo. |

| So basically, going Super Saiyan is just what happens when nakama power gets too strong. Rentarou straight-up sucked in all the 'Tsundere Factor,' mashed it together, and threw it at Karane like a Spirit Bomb.... absolute 10/10 genius move. Was it stupid? Oh, 100%. But was it AWESOME? You bet your life it was xD ... Or as Karane would say, I mean, it's not like it was t-that awesome or anything.. but whatever, I guess... That transition from when she got her tsundere powers back to the random kiss with her and Rentarou had me rolling though lmao. Rest of the episode is pretty much what I expected from the finale, that being the girls glazing everything about him in a little circle on the roof like usual. No because to this day I'm still surprised that nobody's walked in the crazy shit these dudes be up to lmao. But yeah, Rentarou pulls up, and in Rentarou fashion... somehow find a way to glaze them more than they were to him minutes prior.. lol. And it wouldn't be complete without Hakari's... well, wet fantasies ofc. Took me a minute to realize what chapter they were adapting... and it was indeed THE chapter where he professes every little thing he likes about the girls... I honestly didn't think they would do it, but holy fuck THEY DID IT LMAOOOO. Couldn't have found a more fitting way to end the season.. really. Overall, I didn't like it as much as season one, but it's always fun to have this around. And best believe whenever a season three happens, we'll be there. |

| We never even knew tsundere-ness is something like an aura, or a thing which can be restored by shooting beams or sort. Seriously, it was always something which characters in the anime were just born with. Though hey, they went above and beyond, as usual, and handed Karane back her tsundere-ness. The author must really like Dragon ball, as you see we cannot go an episode without this series referencing that lmaoooo. I like my tsundere Karane, so yeah, great to have the straight man back! All of this aside btw, they finally went to chapter 37 and adapted the longest ever confession recorded. Liked this decision with all the other girls joining and making the segment even more relevant, as we don’t know when we’ll have the third season and will see newer girls, so yeah, with these 11 girls, we went with the most extreme PUBLIC DISPLAY OF AFFECTION. THE YAP LASTED FOR ALMOST 90 SECS. Seriously, the corresponding manga panel was GOATed but yeah, they went 10x harder here lol. Really, liked this one as much as the first season. This series just knows how not to be boring, be it by doing unhinged stuff every other second, bombarding us with a whole lot of references, breaking the fourth wall… or most importantly, by not taking itself seriously, AT ALL. I mean this series isn’t about getting all stiff and choosing a girl to live life with as a teenager, as you see they never advertised it that way… you’ve the count “100 girlfriends” in the name itself. It’s just a parody, as plain as that, and they do superbly well by calling out all those cliches we’ve seen in thousands and thousands of harem anime. When you realize this needs to be watched for the laughs and not the ships… it’s, as I already said, one of the most entertaining things going on right now. Whenever season 3 comes now. |

| With Karane not getting her Tsundere back, Rentaro devising a plan to direct the Tsunderays to her by all of them consuming Kusuri's medicine and channeling that to her, it's a risk for all to go Super Tsundereyan for the Nakama power, but it's pretty much needed for the plot lols. 10 people's worth of Tsunderays reflected onto Karane to get her tsundere back with the encouragement of the Rentaro Family, and it's a success. Onto the adaptation of the manga's iconic chapter 37, as all 11 girlfriends all share their experiences of Rentaro and thank him for his dedication of being a loving boyfriend one by one. And his thanks to them, is one damn prolonged message lols, absolute wordplay here. Season 2 is just as enjoyable as Season 1, if not more. |

| Just as promised Chapter 37 was adapted with the two new GF's as well. It was executed perfectly! Hilarious episode and a Fantastic ending to a fantastic season. I laughed more this season then last thats for sure. 10/10 |

| I gotta love Chadtaro's rapping the entire sentence about his 11 girlfriends, he deserves to be happier than ever. 89 girlfriends left to go! This season is enjoyable overall, but it was nowhere great as the prequel. 7/10. |

| That was again insanely fun, I laughed myself to tears so often. Thank you for brightening up my week. I hope we get to see more in the future. 9/10 The only unfortunate thing is there is no teaser for the next girlfriends ;o I think my highlight of this season is Nano and Shizuka in a box. |
| Another season of peak fiction has come to an end. 100 GF's has made it into one of my all time favorite animes and this episode gave me another reason why it should stay there. Another DBZ reference with the music, the cast in DBZ Cosplay and that tsundere spirit bomb was the visual sprinkles on an already great scene. The show is easy to root for with all its loveable characters and even as it flips from sincere to silly it never breaks my attention. Rentaro is a 10/10 romance MC and I think there's no better fit for these wacky set of antics he's placed in. The final massive speech where he declares everything he loves about his girlfriends has me so appreciative for all the hard work that was put by the staff to get through it all. I need to see all 100 gfs so I am bandwagoning for 18 more seasons, but until then I'll be content with rewatching seasons 1 and 2 and supporting this story. Couldn't have asked for a better adaptation Bibury Studios! |

| He did it. He said the thing. If you wanted more 100 Girlfriends, it's here for the most part, but the second season has some issues that prevent it from being as strong as the first one. Namely, a couple of duds among the new batch of waifus and an over-reliance on Kusuri's drugs to create stories. The big events of this season, the baseball game and Tsundere Lost arc, don't quite measure up to the raid on Hanazono Mansion. The series's comedy is still there, with the batshit scenarios getting some laughs out of me. The references to other series might have hit harder if they didn't always cheapen the effect by screaming the title of the thing they're referencing. 7/10, compared to 8 for first season. Now all that's left is to rank the girls, based on how eager I would be to date them myself. +2 Tier: Hakari +1 Tier: Nano, Hahari, Meido, Rie Takahashi 0 Tier: Shizuka, Meme -1 Tier: Karane, Kurumi -2 Tier: Mimimi, Kusuri |

| Man, the pop culture references in this show have been spot on from the get-go. Karane's comments in between have been a godsend so I'm glad she's back in her pure tsundere form, lol. Jokes aside, it's nice that the final episode of this season was dedicated to her considering last season's was of Hakari. Enjoyed this just as much as the first season! Solid 8/10. |

| Thank God this is finally over. Only good part of the finale was the Karane scenes and the DBZ reference. Definitely won’t be continuing with s3. Was such a chore getting thru this and it’s clearly not made for me so fair enough to anyone that does enjoy it. 18 year old me would’ve liked it, not now. Goonbait doesn’t move me |

| Although I wasn’t a big fan of the way the Karane plot was set up, I can’t deny that the way they solved it was amazing, I’m sorry for ever doubting this series lol, and this Dragon Ball reference was even better than the previous one, I loved seeing all the characters cosplaying as DB ones, Mimimi as Bulma and Nano as 18 looked too perfect honestly. And of course the moment where Rentarou finally sent the tsundere spirit bomb at Karane was great too, I think we’ve all gained more respect for tsunderes now, seeing the burden they bear all the time lol, and just like that the Karane we know and love is back, she wasn’t gone long but I really missed her. And the 2nd half honestly couldn’t have been better, I can see now why they saved this chapter for the end, it fit too perfectly as a season finale. We not only got a heartfelt moment with every girlfriend so far, but also the famous panel everyone wanted to see, and yeah they did it just about the only way you could do it, at rapid speed lol, but it was perfect imo, the wall of text slowly rising in the background was a great touch too. Whether you like Rentarou or not, you can’t deny this man goes above and beyond for his girlfriends, truly SSS-rank boyfriend material, or however many Ss Mimimi used lol. And that was the 2nd season of 100 Girlfriends, it was a ton of fun once again. I may not have liked every joke or every 4th wall break, or every story, but once again, I can’t help but love just how over the top this show goes for everything, it never truly slows down, of course I do miss the early days when Rentarou just had 2 or 3 girlfriends, but I love it now as well, every additional girlfriend adds something new to the pot. And I can’t end this post without picking my favorite girlfriend of the season, and it’s a pretty easy choice for me… it’s Iku lol, she was my most anticipated from her design and she became my favorite through her character, and I’m not even typically super into masochistic characters, she just did it so well for me, Rie Takahashi nailed her voice too, may Iku’s ass be whapped by a bat as much as she desires lol. And now I hope that 3rd season eventually comes around, this series is just too much fun to stop here. |

| Oh my God, it's peak. They fucking the did it, the madlads did it, and they included Mimimi and Meme on it. They really went shameless on the Dragon Ball references this season and most especially this episode, I am 100 percent sure it wasn't that blatant in the manga lmao. Please tell me "mustard on the beat" was the actual translation, because that would be fucking amazing lmao. I guess I really, really, really, really, really just like tsunderes, cause Karane and Kurumi are one of my favorites. Shame there's no tease for the next Girlfriends, but I don't believe for even a second that we won't get more seasons. We will! I will believe! Also, I hope they release a regular speed version of the Rentarou speech. But man another amazingly adapted season, Bibury and the director just gets it and I can't wait for more. |

| Just open the episode to confirm wether they adapted "that" panel or not, and it was actually adapted exactly how I though it would be: by speeding up everything, but actually still saying everything in the script. The "Is not like I'm a Tsundere or anything" panel wasn't as good as it was in the manga though, but it's alright I guess. |

| The Dragon Ball references might be my favorite references in this show lol. The references in the first part of the episode were great. They finally adapted the legendary panel. The rumors were correct. The anime staff must be having fun making potshots against themselves. They adapted all the lines by speeding them up. I kind of expected something like this to happen at the standard length. No way they could've fit all of them without cutting stuff or extending the episode. I am pleasantly surprised that they WILL release an uncut and normal speed version for the Blu-ray tho! That's so cool. I wonder if it's gonna be audio-only tho. If it is, someone will have to make an edit with the anime. I wish it'll be uploaded on YouTube whenever it's out too. Looking at the script for the lines was bonkers. I think this was the funniest episode of the season. I really hope there will be a 3rd season sooner rather than later. |
| The amount of meta jokes, fourth wall breaking, and Dragon Ball parody in this episode was off the charts. Probably one of the best episodes of the entire series. So, should we expect a third season? I'm totally on board, lmao. @0451 This episode probably holds the record for self-jokes, lmao. I don't know when was the last time I heard characters attack the director for the composition of the adaptation or blame the author for fanservice. @AkeZZZ Just imagine his VA saying all this in the episode's recording, lmao. Kurumi doesn't exactly seem a Tsundere to me. She seems to be an extreme case of moody nature. When hungry, she's easily irritable and seems quite distant. But when she's just had something to eat, she can easily express how she feels.
The one similarity she has with Karane is, she has the most rational response to most of the situations, something even Nano surprisingly doesn't do.

| That's freaking cinema😭😭😭 They did it madlads did it, ITS SO PEAK. Made a wonderful decision by saving the best for last. I really doubt any particular scene this year can match this. I have seen the manga panel but this went above and beyond a 90 sec yap fest from Chadtaro. Amazing amazing work by Katou Wataru. For some reason wasted 5 min reading every line, some of them do repeat but well worth it.  "It's not like I wanted this more badly than Hakari want Rentarou dick or anything" Tsundere Karane best Karane, no other alternatives. The entire squad channeled their tsunderays like some energy aura shit, went crazy with Dragon ball reference. Toiyama must be proud. Nano as Android 18 killed me😭😭 Good that all worked out Karane back as she should be, happy ending.. "Betsuni Tsundere nanka ja Inda Karane".. AOTS 10/10 just like first season. It's even better than that it was more funny and more outrageous. Absolute peak of Animanga. I am gonna miss my Rentarou family. May read the manga for time being. Better give a season 3 or else Rentarou ain't gonna let this pass.  |
